How do I place an order?
Add the pieces you want to your bag, then send the bag to us on WhatsApp with your name, phone number and delivery address. We reply with confirmed availability, the final total and delivery timing before anything is paid.
Why is there no card checkout?
Because stock moves fast and every piece is confirmed by hand. Taking payment automatically would mean charging for items that may already be gone. Payment is arranged directly with our team once your order is confirmed. Accepted methods: [PAYMENT METHODS].
Are your products authentic brand items?
No. VELXO sells premium grade-A replica pieces made with exceptional attention to detail. We are not an authorised retailer or affiliate of any brand shown, and we never sell a piece as an authentic brand product.
How do I choose my size?
Sizes shown on each product page are EU unless stated otherwise. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us with your usual size in a brand you already own and we will advise.
How much is shipping and where do you ship?
